The dentist ; Dr Kumail , took the time to explain every aspect of my treatment plan in detail, ensuring I understood the process and felt confident moving forward. Their attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care for my comfort were evident in every interaction. I also appreciated the hygienist Amani for her meticulous work the helpful tips she provided for maintaining my oral health. The office itself was immaculate, with state-of-the-art equipment that made my procedure efficient and stress-free. Incredibly welcoming staff and beautifully remodeled! I was acknowledged right away when I came in. It did not take more than 5 min to call my two children for a routine cleaning and x-rays. The dental hygentist Amani is very patient and made the kids feel comfortable as she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She’s very gentle, professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions from myself as well as the kids. My girls left excited leaving with a toy, sticker, and baggy consisting of a new toothbrush and toothpaste. Highly recommend both Dr Kumail Zaidi and Dr Emad Zaidi.

2024 Update: While I've had good experience with this facility in the past, things have changed as they've expanded. The people are still friendly but additional staff appear less experienced and make the experience less enjoyable. After having a number of fillings done where the performing dentist struggled to complete the process, I experienced tremendous pain for weeks afterwards. After visiting another trusted dentist, they showed x-rays that suggested the new fillings were, at best, substandard and advocated for replacing them (obviously meaning I paid twice to have the same teeth filled). After having them replaced, my pain went away and the process the other dentist used was completely different and far more thorough than anything I ever experienced at this office. I don't know enough about dentistry to say anything was done wrong, but the pain I experienced after being given a new dentist with *no* notice from the facility ahead of time was very disheartening. As a result, I will no longer be using this office though, again, my experiences with my previous dentist at this office were overwhelmingly positive before the staff expansion and changes. 2023 Update: Myself and my family continue to use this clinic for all dental needs. The care is great, the staff are friendly and the pricing is very fair. Wouldn't switch to another facility/dentist for any reason. Original Review: Went above + beyond to make me comfortable before during and after my visit. Dr. Zaidi and the rest of his staff are super kind. 100% would recommend to anyone even if you aren't a fan of trips to the dentist.

Where do I begin. It had been many years since I had seen a dentist, so I knew there was going to be a lot of dental work required. After looking over many google reviews, and taking distance into consideration, I settled on Solace Dental. And let me say, after more than a dozen fillings, 1 root canal and crown, 2 extractions, and a bone graft, I am more than satisfied with the work. Dr. Zaidi is that type of dentist who is old enough to have the experience but young enough to be skilled in the latest techniques of modern dentistry. And speaking of modern, the dental practice is totally state of the art in technology and supplies. And although Dr. Zaidi offers the latest treatments in dentistry, he was still willing to work within my Careington discount plan. I also have to say he is probably one of the most patient and understanding dentists I've ever been to. Dr. Zaidi was more than willing to show and explain to my satisfaction why all the work required was necessary. And let's not forget his staff. His dental assistants, dental hygienist, and office staff are all courteous and very professional. I'd also like to thank Dr. Zaidi's fellow dentist, whose name I can't remember, that specializes in tough extractions, implants, and bone grafts. He did an excellent job removing 2 of my teeth and placing a bone graft in one of the sockets. Overall, if you're looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend Solace Dental, Dr. Zaidi, and all of his staff.

I've been at this dentist for years and the dentists have always treated me well and have been giving useful advice to tackle my many years of cavities due to my inconsistent dental hygene which i have made changed to to be cavity free for over a year now due to using more flouride dense products and getting 6 month flourise treat.ent. With insurance it's affordable, and any non covered costs like fluoride treatment is paid with an HSA for an affordable cost. Always so great to be here and if I ever move away from will county I fear it will be hard to adjust to a new dentist.

Solace Dental has been my favorite since transitioning into a new clinic. I have had previous clinics hurt me while in a visit, from poking at my gums, to causing lacerations while cleaning, to aggressive dentists and assistants, to rude staff. Solace is neither of that, they are the friendliest and most welcoming staff ever! Dr. Emad is the best!!! I was genuinely scared & the staff has been very understanding and does great work! I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the receptionist to the dental assistant. I came in with pain that was caused by another dentists work. He had to drill out the two cavities that was causing me pain and replace the fillings. Immediately after the Novocain wore off… I could tell the pain was gone. So grateful we found them!

If you’re looking for a great thorough cleaning go see Denise. Its hard to find a good hygienist with great bed side manners. I was having a hard time finding a dentist that wouldn’t remind me of my childhood experience. So then a friend of mine recommended this clinic ensuring that I would have a great experience. Once I met Dr. Zaidi, I felt safe, heard and super comfortable. He wasn’t aggressive or rough with cleaning my teeth. Through the cleaning process, he kept asking if I was okay. Dr. Zaidi is a great dentist - my Husband and I just love having him as our dentist. He spends the time, and I feel genuinely cared about. He makes sure there’s no pain, and he explains what he’s doing - and why. Dr. Zaidi is personable - and wants to be “in touch” with his patients. I was experiencing tooth sensitivity and he prescribed a special toothpaste. There was some mix up with the pharmacy, and I left a voicemail message thinking someone would call me the next business day. Nope - just a little bit later it was Dr. Zaidi who called, worked it out with the pharmacy, then called me back with an update. Awesome! He hires really polite and personable front desk support - always friendly and helpful. For the first time yesterday I saw a hygienist, and it seems that she did a really thorough job. I’m a handful when at the dentist - skiddish and jumpy in fear of pain or discomfort. She is just learning me - and me her - and will hopefully become a bit more patient in time. Dr. Zaidi sets the patience, caring, tolerant bar extremely high … and so I’m adjusting to a new personality. All in all I am so happy to have found Dr. Zaidi. He’s knowledgeable and good as a dentist, but he’s also a really kind and decent, hard working, respectful, man with a young family, that he speaks of with such love and adoration. Recently moved to Bolingbrook, and needed to find new Dental Clinic for check up and teeth cleaning. Wow, this is best teeth cleaning experience I had. Sabrina is amazing, she explained many steps that she was doing as she was doing them so it was cool to learn something. Also, first time teeth cleaning with 0 bleeding and no pain! I am definitely coming back for my routine teeth cleaning. Also Dr. Zaidi was really nice and easy to talk to. He did my teeth check up and explained everything. I normally don’t post, but I have to say I read excellent reviews about Dr. Zaidi so I decided to try out Solace. I was very pleased. He didn’t rush, didn’t push expensive procedures and ended up taking care of not only my chipped tooth (the reason I went in) but he took care of another problem I didn’t even tell him about. He actually asked me, based on my exam & X-rays if I was experiencing a problem with food getting caught in between my upper teeth. (yes, I was). He explained my filling was fractured so that was the cause. He cleaned my teeth, repaired the chip & replaced the fractured/old filling & I was on my way! That showed me he knew what he was doing! Yesterday was my first visit to the Solace Dental group. It was great, which is weird to say, because it turns out I have my first cavity (that we discussed in a nonjudgemental way). The facility was clean, the staff was kind and informative, and Dr. Zaidi was really cool. He talked to me about the technology they used for the dental imaging (super cool) and made me feel at ease. I have been going to Solace Dental for about 10 years now. Now that Dr. Zaida has taken over the practice, I can't believe how easy he is on my teeth! I can barely feel it when I need a cleaning and he has such a gentle touch. On my last visit, I needed to replace my mouth guard and was thinking that they would put that funny, squishy gel stuff in my mouth to make the mold but no - that didn't happen! They used a device that scans your teeth and makes a digital picture of your mouth which then gets sent over to a company who makes it. So Cool! I sure love Dr. Zaida and the staff - they are all AMAZING! I would recommend for anyone to try Solace Dental as I know you won't be disappointed!

My experience has solace dental has been wonderful. I have gone there for a routine check up as well as getting work done. By far the best dentist office. The dental assistant Shumila was a gem. She did my x-rays and helped with my cleanings and cavities. Very caring. Dr. Zaidi was also very nice and has an amazing work ethic. Super nice and makes sure that you are well often during your procedures! Both Shumila and the Doctor make sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure and make sure you are aware of what is happening every step of the way. Definitely would recomm.end this to others. I've been a client here for quite a while. Originally came here when the place first opened when Dr. Cruz-Gonzalez came here from Loyola. I loved the kindness offered and the quality of the work performed. Since 2013, I've had my regular checkups, braces and teeth whitening done here. And occasionally I may have upset her a number of times because I didn't follow the regimen prescribed to get my teeth perfectly aligned. But that was only because she was dedicated to her craft. She was a sweetheart and it was sad to see her leave unexpectedly. I especially loved to opportunity she gave to future hygienists by providing the students learning experience working in her office. Dr. Zaidi has taken over the business and seems to be doing an excellent job. He came and greeted me in the waiting area and personally gave me an update on the status of the business and I very much appreciated that. It's difficult to get used to a new dentist after building a repoire with someone for so long. However, after 1 visit with the new Dr., I can assure you that loyal customers are in good hands. He seems to be very knowledgeable and competent and the business will remain successful. Also, there appears to be good deals in the window for whitening and other special services.
